Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit to confirm it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
